And I am using Win Server 2008 Data Center inside WorkStation to install VC Server 5.1

Is this is 32 bit or 64 bit OS. vCenter 4.1 and above can be installed only on a 64 bit OS

The error message mostly saye your are trying to install it on 32 bit OS
