Thanks for the link. I checked my Global Policy and USB redirection is allowed. Would this apply for all USB ports? As I stated I have a USB network hub that does not rely on USB redirection from host to client and instead connects to the USB device through a network protocol. In order for the device to be installed there still needs to be a functioning USB port controller on the client VM. I do not see the advanatage of local mode if USB devices can not be shared. I may as well just use RDP to a remote VM.
