We had a human error occur last week when a Test Recovery was done that put the Recovered VMs on the same network as the Protected VMs.
We only found the cause later in the day as there were no IP conflicts present even when we trying rebooting one of the affected servers.
Can someone explain to me why when you have 2 VMs with the same name and IP address in the same subnet we did not get an IP conflicts.
If we had received the conflicts, the issue would have been identified and resolved a lot earlier.
