Control-
(Control-Command) is the correct and default hot-key combo to un-grab from the Virtual Machine's Display returning control to the Host side with VMware Fusion on a Mac and if you're choosing to use a Windows keyboard on a Mac then try Control+Windows key. Also, probably the left Windows key is what will need to be used.
