In response to your questions below....

I reviewed the SR that you shared, I see that it was opened today. So I dont find much activity on this support request.

1. Are you using thin client ?, if yes, then can you try using thick client with virtual desktop ?  Oddly enough, after making the adm template changes, when doing it from my desktop, via PCOIP, it worked.   All clients at remote site are using Samsung NC190's (zero clients) to connect to the broker though, whihc only work half the time before freezing or failing.

2. If you use RDP over the WAN using VPN too , do you see any difference ?  Tried RDP and it worked, but PCOIP is the better solution.  IM sure there is a way to get it working properly.

3. Was it working before the upgrade ? No, didnt work before, not working after.

4. Was there any recent change the card reader ?no changes to the card reader.  Standard USB credit card swipe.  IDTECH brand, we have also tried MAGTEK.

5. Can you provide more video RAM for virtual desktop for the users who access over the WAN. Also more vCPU and memory We have tried turing on 64MB of video ram with no improvement.  CPU and memory are already ample.

6. Can you follow best practice for user who uses desktop over the WAN as per this doc

http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/view/VMware-View-5-PCoIP-Network-Optimization-Guide.pdf

7. Import pcoip.adm template and make optimization.  i thought this piece would bring the best enhancements, especially with 5.1.2.  We imported and configured, with minor improvements, working 50% of the time, however, still not effective or reliable.  Are there any other recommeneded tweaks within the template?  We changed only some of the settings, mostly bandwidth based.

8. When you say users over the WAN, are users from Branch office or from home. The users are all branch users, over the WAN.  Internet connections may vary slightly between locations however, .
