Usually in this case when it works from home it will do so because it's going through the security servers. At work, you're connecting through the connection servers and there's a handoff of the connection from the connection server directly to the View desktop. Check to make sure that the correct ports from the client's network to the View desktop are open. The ports are listed in the View architecture guide located here:

Essentially, it means that 4172tcp/udp for PCOIP, 4927tcp for MMR, 3389tcp for RDP, and 32111tcp USB, must be open so that hosts on your client networks (soft clients, zero clients, etc) can access VDI desktops using thes ports.
