I will email certification@vmware.com just to have 100% clarity but you guys seem to know what your talking about 
It would be useful for some kind of requirement checker wizardy type questionare to check eligability. The diagrams on the blueprints to show the paths are clear enough at a glance but simple wording and version details can be missleading.
